REACH Georgia is a needs-based mentoring and scholarship program providing promising students the support to graduate from high school and achieve postsecondary success.

See “Application Procedure and Deadline” on the REACH Georgia Scholarship Program webpage.

See “Award Amounts” on the REACH Georgia Scholarship Program webpage.

The University of Georgia will provide a “double match” scholarship for up to ten REACH Scholars per year for a period of four (4) consecutive years or until the student graduates, whichever occurs first. To receive these funds each year, eligible REACH Scholarship students must be awarded the REACH Scholarship through the REACH Georgia program, be eligible for the Federal Pell Grant, be enrolled full-time (12 hours), and continue to make Satisfactory Academic Progress. Priority consideration will be given to students who submit a FAFSA by December 15th of each year.

UGA will also provide REACH Scholarship students with additional educational experiences through the REACH Scholars Program through the UGA Division of Academic Enhancement.

See “Eligibility” and “Maintaining REACH Eligibility” on the REACH Georgia Scholarship Program webpage.
