The America Reads & Counts Program is a tutoring program in partnership with the Office of Student Financial Aid and local elementary and middle schools. Students serve as math or literacy tutors and are assigned to one local school within Clarke County. Tutoring takes place during school hours or in after-school programs.
The program is open to all majors. No specific major or academic background is required to apply.
Tutors are paid $20 per hour.
